This Free training DOES NOT apply towards the RADPSS requirement. This free 2-hour CEU course meets annual continuing education requirements for Peer Support Specialists, Community Support Associates, and Targeted Case Managers. Through two one-hour video segments, it explains recovery capital as the personal, social, community, and practical resources that support recovery over time. Participants will learn how to recognize strengths and barriers, use person-directed conversations, connect people to resources without taking over, and maintain clear role boundaries. A post-course quiz covers both segments, and successful completion includes a certificate of completion.
