Our Rules Are Not Suggestions - They are Rules.

Most questions are answered when our required instruction steps are followed. We remove/suspend people from BestKyTraining when they do not follow instructions. 

It is not required to take class sessions in order to complete the required hours 

Bookings are managed, canceled, tracked and rescheduled from your members profile page.

If the link for a class changes or is shown as invalid, go to the group chat to get the new link. 

Mixing weekday and weekend class sessions is not allowed

Two "no shows" for classes will result in removal from the program

Classes begin on time with no admittance to students more than 5 minutes late. 

You must be on camera and engaged at all times during class. One warning will be given. A second occurrence will result with removal from the program. 

If you have tech problem that you are unable to resolve after putting in your FULL effort to resolve it please email us for help. We cannot resolve tech problems on your computer (security settings for example) 

Passwords for the exam are given at the your booked exam time.

If your class is suddenly cancelled, simply rebook the class at a different time . 

Any sort of entitled, impatient, detached, or rude behavior will result in immediate removal from our program.
