This 12-hour self-paced course provides the essential core competencies required to become a Targeted Case Manager in Kentucky. Learners complete 10 hours of live instruction and 2 hours of on-demand video, followed by a final exam. Upon passing, students notify BestKyTraining staff to have their results uploaded to the state TRIS system, enabling them to become a billable asset for Kentucky Medicaid services.
