9 hr live class toward satisfying the 12 hr TCM Core Competency Certification.
Service Description
Classes do not need to be taken in order. This 12-hour self-paced course provides the essential core competencies required to become a Targeted Case Manager in Kentucky. Learners complete 10 hours of live instruction and 2 hours of on-demand video, followed by a final exam. Upon passing, students notify BestKyTraining staff to have their results uploaded to the state TRIS system, enabling them to become a billable asset for Kentucky Medicaid services.

Due to limited capacity per training session, we require an assured commitment that you will attend the full training session and be on time. We require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a training session. Failure to notify us in a proper and timely manner may result in the student being prohibited from booking sessions in the future. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from BestKyTraining.com services.
